LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

1. We don't "adopt" kittens, we sell them. I have very high regard and great respect for adoption, I adopted my human children, but while we love our kittens immensely, we realize they are animals and we "own" them. It's in their best interest for us to own them and not just be their "caregivers" as some of the crazier than a loon animal rights groups would have things done. By "owning" them, we are allowed to make the decisions about their Veterinary care, such as vaccinations & sterilization, and about their placement in their new forever homes without hiring an Ad Litem attorney and consulting the judicial system first. So, I sell kittens to people who then own them, it's what I believe is best for our kittens and cats. If this offends you I apologize, but we'll still continue to work this way and bottom line, if you want to "adopt" a kitten then you'll have to find it somewhere else. If you're looking to buy a healthy, high quality, purrsonable kitten, then tell me what you have to offer one of my babies for the rest of their lifetime in your home and together we'll decide whether you should buy one.

2. We have a contract, we will not even consider selling a kitten without one & we do not place unaltered pets.

3. We show our kittens and cats in TICA. Some of the new trait kittens are dual registered in TICA & REFR. The two registries may use a different name for a trait (ie: the Elf, Bambino and Dwelf are all registered as non-standard Sphynx in TICA (for now anyway) but as Elf, Bambino or Dwelf in REFR).

4. Please ask any questions that you may have before you place a deposit with us. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances except under the unforeseeable circumstance of grievous injury or death of the kitten contracted for. 5. We do not bring kittens/cats back into our cattery after a placement under any circumstances; we cannot risk bringing in a bacteria or parasite from an outside location.. Should a kitten/cat purchased from us need to be rehomed we will absolutely help in the rehoming process through any other means available to us. .
