Policies, Terms and Conditions

By employing Billyhill.com to place a web site representing Client on the Internet, Client shall agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Billyhill.com.

Client must provide all such materials and documents needed by Billyhill.com to fulfill contract with three (3) months of date of contract or contract is void.

Billyhill.com cannot guarantee that the domain you request will be available. If not, we will contact you with alternative choices. Domain will be registered under Billyhill.com and shall be transferred to clients' name at time of cancellation of hosting services upon account being paid in full.

Non-payment can result in late payment fees, forfeiture of site and possibly a reconnect fee. Accounts are due on the 5th of every month. Payment received after the 10th is subject to a late fee of $10.00. Accounts that are not paid by the 20th may be temporarily disconnected and will be subject to a $25.00 reconnect fee unless other arrangements are agreed upon. All prices are subject to chagne with proper notice.

Either party may terminate this contract at any time with 2 weeks proper notice after the page design has been completed. Clients may not terminate contract until page has been completed.

No refunds will be given - no exceptions.

Billyhill.com grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the web site or products produced. This license does not entitle client to sell or otherwise grant others the use of this document or products produced. Client may NOT: permit other individuals to use the product or content produced except with written consent of Billyhill.com except under the terms listed above; permit concurrent use of the product, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompose, disassemble or create derivative works based on the product(s); copy the products other than specified as above, rent, lease or grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer the rights to the products; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the product(s). Title, ownership rights, and intellectual rights in the products shall remain to Billyhill.com.

Ownership of copyrights to website design and layout may be purchased by the Client at the termination of a contract agreement if account is current for the sum of $500.00.

Billyhill.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Billyhill.com will not create or produce sites of an adult content nature or that is harmful for children or sites that promote the use of tobacco and/or alcohol.

Billyhill.com will submit your site to search engines. Billyhill.com does not guarantee traffic.
